Twist of Fate 9/?

Summary: Oliver finds himself at Smallville High where he meets Chloe and discovers the world of Meta-humans. But will his newfound happiness be threatened by the presence of an old enemy?
Rating: PG-13 (Mostly for mild language and violence in later chapters. I don't see it going any further than that, but if it does, the rating will change accordingly.)
Warning: This is mostly AU. I plan to work in as much from the series as I can, but the timeline is completely mine and character ages have been changed as I see fit. Oliver's only a year older than Chloe is this. She already knows about Clark's powers. And Lois is living with Chloe.
Relationships: Chlollie, Clois (just a teeny, tiny bit)

Author's Note: So I had TWO tests this week in subjects that have been kicking my butt lately, so I am quite proud of myself for getting this done. I want to thank the people who are still reading and reviewing this. I'm nowhere near finished and if you stick around there will be action.
On another note, someone asked me if Green Arrow was going to make an appearance in this fic. Just so that everyone is on the same page, the answer is no. Oliver hasn't made that leap yet. In my opinion, it's too soon for the character. But, there will be plenty of heroics for Ollie. They just won't include green leather.
