K, so this is a random sonnet I wrote a couple of months back. I don't even have a name for it, hence the numerical listing. This is only the second sonnet I've ever written, so tell me what'cha think!

Green turns to gold, to auburn, to scarlet
The cool breeze caresses leaves soon to fall
Scampering squirrels scrounge nuts to collect
A quiet, as before sleep, covers all
Roused by the changing season is the queen
From her slumber three quarters a year long
Autumn's majestic ruler crowned supreme
Sweetly, she sings her somber, death knell song
Vibrant colors to ash so slowly fade
Silence, with fingers long and icy, slips
Into the hearts and minds of man and maid
The final, thread of summer to snip
The earth drifts softly into slumber cold
The queen returns to her chamber of gold
